Albert C. Harker’s career is founded in 60 years of general practice. He has served clients in diverse matters including defense of civil lawsuits as well as with real estate, family law, estate planning and administration, guardianships and business and corporate problems.

H. Joseph Certain has more than 50 years experience in a variety of areas of law, including litigation, estate planning and probate administration.
Martin A. Harker

Martin A. Harker, a lifelong resident of Marion, Indiana, graduated with a Juris Doctor
Degree from the University of Akron School of Law, 2000, where he received the CALI Award for the Top Grade in Ethics as well as being a member of the 1998 NITA Tournament of Champions Runner Up. Additionally, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati in1997, receiving a B.A with honors in Political Science. Martin was a member of the Men’s tennis team and 1994 Conference Doubles Champion, and was a member of the 1991 Marion High School State Championship Tennis Team.
He believes in the Marion community and has served as Chair of the Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, Inc., and board member of Greater Grant County, Inc., Minnetrista Cultural Center, Inc., Community School for the Arts, Inc. and Grant County Young Professionals
